The Wappinger Warriors came up short against the Arlington Admirals on Wednesday and fell  20-12.
 Leading Arlington to victory were  Chase Harris and  Gianna Martin.  Harris rushed for 95 yards on only ten carries, while  Martin rushed for 75 yards and one  touchdown on only eight carries. That's the most  rushing yards  Harris has posted since back in March.  Jasmine Triunfo made the highlight reel by snagging an interception and taking it all the way to the house.
Wappinger's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Arlington, their record now sits at 3-5.
 Looking ahead, Arlington will look to defend their home field  on Thursday against Carmel  at 4:30  p.m. Wappinger will be paying especially close attention to the Admirals'  game: after the Admirals face off against Ossining, they'll take on Wappinger again  at 7:00  p.m.  on May 2.
