RHAM had won four straight at home, but on Wednesday they bumped their record up to 11-8 to make it five. They walked away with a 7-4 victory over the Manchester Red Hawks. That's the first time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent win being a 7-4 victory on Wednesday.

As for Manchester, they have been struggling recently as they've lost ten of their last 11 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-11 record this season. They have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

For Manchester's part, Riley Shove ?27 made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-4 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI. Shove ?27 has been hot, having posted at least one stolen base the last five times she's played. Tori Jones '25 also deserves some recognition as she scored her first run of the season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: RHAM beat Manchester by a score of 7-4 later that day.
