The McClintock Chargers stacked a 12th blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Tuesday. They blew past Phoenix Christian 61-37. Winning may never get old, but McClintock sure is getting used to it with their fourth in a row.
McClintock's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Kyler Frye, who scored 19 points along with six rebounds and three steals. Frye has been hot recently, having posted 16 or more points the last three times he's played. Taimari Jones was another key contributor, scoring 13 points along with seven rebounds and four blocks.
McClintock has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 games, which provided a nice bump to their 22-5 record this season. As for Phoenix Christian, their defeat ended a seven-game streak of away wins and brought them to 22-3.
McClintock does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Phoenix Christian, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Bisbee at 9:00 a.m. Phoenix Christian is coming into the matchup with nine straight losses at home, meaning Bisbee will have to defend against a squad hungry for a victory.
