On Thursday, Milo Adventist Academy was beaten by Auburn Adventist 81-41.
Auburn Adventist found their leader in underclassman Gabe Delgadillo, who scored 11 points along with eight assists and four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Jonathan Russell, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and ten rebounds.
Milo Adventist Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Auburn Adventist, their win was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 12-3.
Milo Adventist Academy will take on Redlands Adventist Academy at 1:00 p.m. on Friday. Redlands Adventist Academy will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in their respective state's rankings (they are ranked 743rd in California, while Milo Adventist Academy is ranked 239th in Oregon). As for Auburn Adventist, they will head out on the road to challenge Upper Columbia Academy at 2:30 p.m. on Friday.
