While North Charleston put up plenty of points on Friday, the same can't be said for St. John. The Cougars really took it to the Islanders for the full four quarters, racking up a 46-0 victory. The contest marked the Cougars' most dominant win of the season so far.

CJ Furby was a one-man wrecking crew as he threw for 167 yards and a pair of TDs while completing 84.6% of his passes, and also punched in one touchdown on the ground.

The victory made it two in a row for North Charleston and bumps their season record up to 3-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 14 points in those games. As for St. John's, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. North Charleston will host Stall at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for St. John's, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Academic Magnet at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
