After losing to the Southwest Trojans the last time they met, the School of the Ozarks Patriots decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. School of the Ozarks took down Southwest 48-31 on Thursday. The win made it back-to-back wins for School of the Ozarks.
School of the Ozarks' success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Lily Todd led the charge by scoring 15 points along with nine rebounds and eight steals. Holland Houston was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 14 points and 17 rebounds.
School of the Ozarks has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season. As for Southwest, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-4.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. School of the Ozarks will take on Verona at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Southwest, they will be playing at home against Lockwood at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
