Salmon River entered their tilt with Greenleaf Friends Academy on Thursday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. They put the hurt on the Grizzlies with a sharp 3-0 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 two weeks ago.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Salmon River took every set by at least 17 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-7, 25-8, 25-4.

Salmon River's win bumped their record up to 17-3. As for Greenleaf Friends Academy, they dropped their record down to 2-13 with the loss, which was their sixth straight at home.
