At this early point in the football season, Indiana has produced the No. 2 and 6 rushers in the country, according to MaxPreps statistics submitted before this week's action.

Damon Allen, a senior from South Decatur (Greensburg) ranks second with 743 yards, averages of 247.7 per game and 8.6 per carry. At No. 6 - actually tied for No. 5 - is senior Austin Bowling of Lawrenceburg with 713 yards.

The Hoosiers also have the No. 3 tackler, North Posey (Poseyville) junior Jesse Kissel, who has 59 take-downs so far. At No. 5 with 56 tackles is New Castle senior Mason Bowers.

The highest-ranked Hoosier receiver at No. 5 is East Noble (Kendallville) senior Dylan Hunley with 585 yards, while the top passer at No. 22 is Lebanon senior Evan Stambaugh with 925 yards.
