Marco Garcia and Bailey Garcia provided fans with a highlight when they connected against Pagosa Springs. The longest such play in 2A Tri-Peaks this season, the connection resulted in 54 yards.
Alamosa was the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from eighth to sixth in the league. The Maroons beat the Pirates 29-26 earlier in the week.
