Ryan Brakstad gave up the fewest walks he has since back in March on Saturday. As a matter of fact, he produced his best game of the campaign: he struck out six batters over 3.2 innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and only one walk). He has been consistent : he hasn't given up more than two hits in five consecutive appearances.

Looking ahead, Brakstad and Legion Collegiate Academy will host Combine Academy National at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The Lancers had to take a loss when they last met the Goats, but Brakstad had little to do with the loss: he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits over four innings pitched.
