Klein Oak has enjoyed the comforts of home their last two games, but now they'll head out on the road. They will face off against The Waller Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Klein Oak will be hoping to continue their three-game streak of scoring more points each match than the last.
Last Friday, Klein Oak came up short against Klein Cain and fell 42-30.
Meanwhile, Waller had to endure a four-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They strolled past Klein with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 38-21. The high flying offensive effort was a huge turnaround for Waller's eight-point performance the game before.
Waller's win bumped their season record to 2-5 while Klein Oak's defeat dropped theirs to 3-4.
Klein Oak strolled past Waller in their previous matchup back in October of 2022 by a score of 24-7. The rematch might be a little tougher for Klein Oak since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
