Luke Racop posted a new career-low in hits on Tuesday. He turned in nothing short of a gem, striking out eight batters over three innings while giving up just one earned run but no hits (and only one walk). He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks any time he's pitched this season.

Coming up, Racop and Union City will be playing at home against Youngsville at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Racop had to take a defeat the last time the two teams duked it out, losing their game back in May of 2024 10-5.
