Anna Knight spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned runs on seven hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.

Meanwhile, while Northridge put up some runs on Friday, the same can't be said for NorthWood. The Raiders were the clear victors by a 10-0 margin over the Panthers. The result was nothing new for the Raiders, who have now won nine contests by six runs or more so far this season.
Rachel Humbarger was a standout: she got on base in three of her four plate appearances with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in May of 2024. Willow Staley was another key player, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI.
Northridge kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 13 hits. They are a perfect 6-0 when they post 11 or more hits.

Saturday's game will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Elkhart hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .316. However, it's not like Northridge struggles in that department as they've averaged .353. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
