Millington Central (Millington, Tenn.) had its advantage, which at one point stood at 10 points, drop to four before the final whistle blew on a 10-6 victory over
Trezevant (Memphis, Tenn.).
After taking the lead on a field goal in the second quarter, the Trojans led 10-0 at the half.

Lemarcus Stewart played well. The senior wide receiver caught one touchdown. He has now scored 10 touchdowns on the season.
Trezevant's lone touchdown came on a 30-yard pass from
Jordan Spencer to Stewart in the fourth quarter.
Millington Central had given up an average of 14.3 points prior to the contest. The six points that THS ended with were well below its average of 35.0 coming into the game.
Last season's game between the teams resulted in a 35-12 win for MC.
The loss comes after Trezevant defeated Manassas 30-24 last week.
Millington Central (5-2) goes up against Craigmont in a AAA District 14 game matchup next week, while Trezevant (5-2) locks horns with Kingsbury in a AA District 15 game.
