Bonilla Made His Presence Known in Ellicott's 21-12 Loss
Starting off the list is Ellicott's Tony Bonilla, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Bonilla rushed for 97 yards and two touchdowns. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, forcing a fumble and making nine total tackles (1.5 for loss).

While Colorado Springs Christian might've come up empty on Friday, Daniel Hoggard wasn't going down without a fight. Hoggard was dynamite, rushing for 64 yards and two touchdowns, while also picking up 54 receiving yards.incredibly, Hoggard got all that yardage with just one huge grab
With the loss, Colorado Springs Christian broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 3-3. Hoggard and Colorado Springs Christian will head out to take on Ellicott at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Josh George Puts an End to Rye's Losing Streak on Friday
Thanks in part to Josh George, Rye said goodbye to their five-game losing streak. Ellicott had no answer to George on Friday as he made three total tackles. George was no stranger to the big play, lighting up the secondary with a catch that went for 55 yards.
Rye's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-5. George will try to repeat (or improve) on that dominant performance when he faces off against Buena Vista on Friday.
