The team also got some help courtesy of  Olivia Sangster, who  scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 1-for-2.
 Bennington has  been performing  well recently as they've  won six of their last eight contests,  which provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record  this season. As for Standing Bear,  they are  on  a  nine-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 2-11.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bennington will venture away from home to  challenge Waverly  on Tuesday. As for Standing Bear, they will head out to  square off against Elkhorn North  at 6:30  p.m.  on Tuesday.
