 At the plate,  Alyssa Goldman was  incredible,  going 1-for-3 with one  home run and two  runs. That  home run was  her first of the season.  Emily Searle was another key player,  going 2-for-4 with one  home run and two  RBI.
While Walled Lake Central had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
