The Lubbock T Titans's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their seventh straight loss. They had to suffer through a rough 69-42 loss at the hands of Morton. Lubbock T was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Morton apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in January of 2020.
Lubbock T's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Issac Kelly, who scored 13 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Cooper Ketchum, who scored eight points.
Lubbock T has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost ten of their last 13 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-11 record this season. As for Morton, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-5.
Lubbock T will be playing in front of their home fans against Morton at 6:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Morton, they will head out on the road to face off against Lubbock T at 6:15 p.m.
