Fremont has gone 8-2 against Milpitas recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Fremont Firebirds will welcome the Milpitas Trojans at 6:00 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Milpitas will be up against a hot Fremont team: the squad just extended their winning streak to four. Fremont never let Wilcox onto the board and left with a 4-0 win on Tuesday. It was an even better day for Rylan Cashman as she scored three goals for her team.

Meanwhile, Milpitas hadn't done well against Saratoga recently (they were 0-7 in their previous seven matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. Milpitas was the clear victor by a 4-1 margin over Saratoga. The victory was all the more spectacular given the Trojans' disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 635th, while the Falcons are ranked 284th).

Fremont pushed their record up to 10-2-1 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road. As for Milpitas, they are also on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 7-6-1 record this season.
