The Central Blue Eagles can now show off seven landslide victories after their most recent match on Friday. They blew past Paseo Academy of Performing Arts 79-42 at home. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory Central has posted since December 15, 2023.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Central to victory, but perhaps none more so than Brandon Moore, who scored 15 points along with nine rebounds and six assists. Moore hasn't dropped below 15 points for five straight games. Ra'mondre Fritz was another key contributor, scoring 16 points along with seven rebounds and three steals.
Central has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-5 record this season. As for Paseo Academy of Performing Arts, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-3.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Central will take on Northeast at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Paseo Academy of Performing Arts, they will be playing at home against Metro Academy on Tuesday. Metro Academy is no doubt hoping to put an end to a five-game streak of away losses.
