J.R. Caspary and Noah Frerichs provided fans with a highlight when they connected against Prairie Central. The connection was good for 54 yards, the longest such play in Sangamon Valley this season.
Iroquois West scaled the state rankings by moving to 396 from 424 this week, the biggest jump in the league. The Raiders were able to make move up by defeating Eureka/Roanoke-Benson 19-0.
St. Joseph-Ogden took down Marshall 47-0 last week, the largest margin of any game.
