The Covenant Classical Warriors will head out on the road to take on the Sheets Memorial Christian Eagles at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Covenant Classical is looking to tack on another W to their three-game streak on the road.
Last Tuesday, it was a hard-fought matchup, but Covenant Classical had to settle for a 49-46 defeat against the Thunder.
Meanwhile, Sheets Memorial Christian was the victim of a rough 37-14 loss at the hands of the Warriors on Friday. Sheets Memorial Christian was down 32-9 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.
Covenant Classical's defeat dropped their record down to 8-3. As for Sheets Memorial Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 2-16.
Covenant Classical came up short against the Eagles in their previous meeting back in December of 2019, falling 29-20. Can Covenant Classical avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
