Mattamuskeet suffered their biggest defeat since November 21, 2023 on Tuesday. They took a serious blow against Hobgood Charter, falling 70-34. Mattamuskeet has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Pungo Christian Academy's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 15-2. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 73.7 points per game. As for Mattamuskeet, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-5 record this season.
