After four games on the road, Lowcountry Leadership is heading back home. Having just played yesterday, they will get right back to it and host the Roger Bacon Spartans at 9:00 a.m. on December 29th. Lowcountry Leadership comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 21 points in their last three games, a trend the squad is of course eager to reverse.
On Thursday, Lowcountry Leadership took a serious blow against Clover, falling 66-20. While losing is never fun, Lowcountry Leadership can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' South Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 297th, while Clover is ranked 116th).
Meanwhile, Roger Bacon's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their third straight loss. They took a hard 47-31 fall against Metrolina Christian Academy. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Roger Bacon has scored all season.
Lowcountry Leadership's defeat was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 0-9. As for Roger Bacon, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season.
