The biggest upset of the week belonged to Crestview, who took down 235th ranked Columbus Grove, 27-14.
The Knights moved up to 281 from 328 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in Northwest. Crestview climbed the ranks as a result of besting the Bulldogs 27-14.
Ada's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Mason Acheson threw for 307 and two touchdowns and Matt Wilcox had 112 yards receiving. On the ground Kellen Decker chipped in 111 yards. Micah Roberson helped Ada's passing attack out by catching six balls for 93 yards.
Ada's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Bulldogs feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Acheson has thrown for 2519 yards and 27 touchdowns this season, while Roberson has 41 catches for 710 yards. Decker leads the league in rushing with 1468 yards.
The top two defenses in the league will face off this season when the Bulldogs take on Lima Central Catholic. Ada has allowed 99 points this season, while the Thunderbirds have given up 104. Mike Fell's team allowed 0 points last week as it bested Jefferson.
Lima Central Catholic extended the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating Allen East, 51-0. The win marks ninth in a row for the Jerry Cooper's team.
