The Greeley West Spartans''s recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their third straight loss. They were beaten by Erie 53-6. Greeley West has struggled against Erie recently, as their game on Saturday was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.
Gavin Lusk had a dynamite game for Erie, rushing for 151 yards and three touchdowns on only 11 carries. Another player making a difference was Ronin Ward, who rushed for 74 yards and two touchdowns.
Greeley West's loss dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Erie, the victory was the ninth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 9-1.
Greeley West does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Erie also has no future games currently scheduled.
