While losing is never fun, Skyline Prep can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Arizona basketball rankings (they are ranked 218th, while Learning Foundation & Performing Arts is ranked 11th).
Amaree Davis continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Learning Foundation & Performing Arts, scoring 20 points along with five rebounds and two steals. Another player making a difference was Thaddeus Hawkins, who scored 13 points along with eight rebounds and two steals.
Skyline Prep has traveled a rocky road recently having lost 14 of their last 15 matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-20 record this season. As for Learning Foundation & Performing Arts, the win was the ninth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 22-3.
