 In other batting news,  Blake Burchill was  incredible,  scoring two  runs while going 2-for-3. Another player making a difference was  William Shaffer, who  scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 1-for-2.
 Cambridge Springs' loss dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Saegertown, they are  on a roll lately: they've  won eight of their last nine contests,  which provided a nice bump to their 11-2-1 record  this season.
