Mid-Carolina snuck past Saluda with a 38-34 win. That's another feather in the cap for Mid-Carolina, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Mid-Carolina's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Tymarion Floyd, who almost dropped a double-double on 12 points and nine rebounds. Another player making a difference was Kaden Myers, who scored 13 points along with two steals.
Mid-Carolina's victory bumped their record up to 9-13. As for Saluda, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost eight of their last ten matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-16 record this season.
