The Sebring Blue Streaks had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 35 points), and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They took down Bartow 17-3. That's another feather in the cap for Sebring, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Among those leading the charge was Dyveon Collymore, who rushed for 36 yards and a touchdown, and also caught a touchdown.
Sebring is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season. As for Bartow, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 6-3.
Sebring will head out on the road to face off against Okeechobee at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Okeechobee will be hoping to continue their four-game streak of scoring more points each match than the last. Bartow will have plenty of time to ponder what went wrong as they've got a bye scheduled next week. After, they'll take on Lake Wales at 7:30 p.m. on November 3rd.
