Brookings-Harbor had to travel to play their first game of the season, and the final result was worth the trip. They captured a comfortable 26-6 win over Gold Beach/Pacific. This was the first game for both teams, giving Brookings-Harbor a 1-0 record and starting Gold Beach/Pacific off at 0-1.
Next week, Brookings-Harbor take on Del Norte at 7:30 PM. Gold Beach/Pacific are packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against Illinois Valley next week at 7:00 PM.
