Basketball Recap: Dutch Fork Picks Up Fifth Consecutive Victory

Dutch Fork won the last time they faced Brookland-Cayce and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Silver Foxes came out on top against the Bearcats by a score of 54-43. The 54-point effort marked the Silver Foxes' lowest-scoring contest of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Leading Dutch Fork to victory were Samajae Govan and Justus Bell. Govan went 8-for-19 on his way to 23 points and seven boards, while Bell shot 64% from the field to rack up 22 points and five assists. What's more, Govan posted two blocks, the most he's had since back in January. Jake Bogan was another key player, putting up six points and six rebounds.
