Churchland came out on top against Manor on Thursday thanks in part to the team's impressive 11-run third inning. The Truckers put the hurt on the Mustangs with a sharp 17-3 victory. Considering the Truckers have won six matches by more than nine runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Churchland pushed their record up to 7-0 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. The team's perfect season has a lot to do with their hitting performance: the team's won by an average of 10 runs thus far. As for Manor, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-9 record this season.

Churchland will be playing in front of their home fans against Kecoughtan at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Manor, they are taking a road trip to face off against Granby at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Comets will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something the Mustangs surely won't give up without a fight.
