Keller Fiore posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Monday. As a matter of fact, he produced his best game of the campaign: he struck out six batters over 4.1 innings while giving up just two earned runs off six hits.

Coming up, Fiore and Evergreen will head out on the road to take on Dakota Ridge at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Eagles will enter the matchup having just beaten Green Mountain, so the Cougars will have to guard against a team looking to keep the ball rolling.
