The Hampton Hawks won the last time they faced the Palmer Tigers, and things went their way on Tuesday too. Everything went Hampton's way against the Tigers as the Hawks made off with a 52-28 victory. The win made it back-to-back wins for Hampton.
Eli Arndt was a one-man wrecking crew for Hampton as he scored 17 points along with five rebounds and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Jack Bullis, who scored 12 points along with three steals.
Hampton's victory bumped their record up to 6-10. As for Palmer, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-12.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hampton will take on the Eagles at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. College View Academy is coming into the game on a four-game losing streak. As for Palmer, they and the Red Hornets will face off at 7:30 p.m. on February 2nd without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked in Nebraska (Heartland Lutheran is ranked 275th, while the Tigers are ranked 282nd).
