Oak Grove had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 29.3 points) and they went ahead and made it five on Friday. They really took it to the North Davidson Black Knights for the full four quarters, racking up a 46-9 win. With the Grizzlies ahead 36-7 at the half, the game was all but over already.

A big part of Oak Grove's victory came down to the chemistry between Grayson Treadway and his top target Jaiquan Clay. Treadway threw for 292 yards and five touchdowns while completing 77.3% of his passes while Clay picked up 208 receiving yards and three scores. Those 292 passing yards gave Treadway a new career-high. Kimari McFadden handled things on the ground, rushing for 82 yards.

Oak Grove was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 229 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 171 rushing yards in five consecutive matchups.

Oak Grove didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Ben Boulware and Aidan Murphy. Oak Grove got some further help from Daniel Honeycutt: he picked up a sack, forced one fumble, and made seven total tackles (4.0 for loss).

Oak Grove's win bumped their record up to 7-3. As for North Davidson, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-4.
