Sadly, the Oelrichs Tigers are still looking for their first win of the season after 15 matches. They took a 50-39 hit to the loss column at the hands of Edgemont on Friday. Oelrichs has not had much luck with Edgemont recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Edgemont to victory, but perhaps none more so than Keaton Darrow, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and ten rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Sebastian Morse, who scored 18 points along with eight rebounds and five assists.
Oelrichs dropped their record down to 0-15 with that loss, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Edgemont, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 4-14 record this season.
Oelrichs will head out on the road to face off against Tiospaye Topa at 1:00 p.m. on Friday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked in South Dakota (Oelrichs is ranked 157th, while Tiospaye Topa is ranked 150th). As for Edgemont, they will be playing at home against Takini at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
