Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Pascagoula couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They took a 70-60 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Ridgeland Titans on Thursday. The Panthers' defeat signaled the end of their 13-game winning streak.

Pascagoula's loss dropped their record down to 24-4. As for Ridgeland, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 15 of their last 16 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 30-4 record this season.

While Pascagoula had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
