The Oklahoma School for the Deaf Bison will head out on the road to take on the ASTEC Charter Comets at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Oklahoma School for the Deaf is hoping to put an end to a nine-game streak of away losses.
Last Friday, Oklahoma School for the Deaf was just a bucket shy of victory and fell 27-26 to Marie Philip. While losing is never fun, Oklahoma School for the Deaf can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps's basketball rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 478th in Oklahoma, while Marie Philip is ranked 21st in Massachusetts).
Meanwhile, ASTEC Charter scored the most points they've had all season to find success last Friday. They came out on top against Mercy School Institute by a score of 30-18. The victory was just what ASTEC Charter needed coming off of a 66-9 defeat in their prior contest.
Oklahoma School for the Deaf's defeat dropped their record down to 1-11. As for ASTEC Charter, their victory ended a six-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-6.
