William Monroe took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Orange County Fighting Hornets as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The Dragons not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since October 7, 2024 (when they won 3-0).

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant William Monroe was: they took every set by at least 11 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-8, 25-11.

Looking ahead, William Monroe will square off against Monticello at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Orange County, they will head out to challenge Madison County at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
