Washington School for the Deaf had a senior duo take command as Kwabena White-Star dropped a double-double on 29 points and 17 rebounds and Julian Robinson scored 24 points along with five rebounds and five steals. That makes it four consecutive games in which Robinson has scored at least 25% of Washington School for the Deaf's points. La'Juan Malone was another key contributor, scoring four points along with six steals.
Washington School for the Deaf's win bumped their record up to 4-5. As for Three Rivers Christian, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 1-6.
