Starting off the list is Segerstrom's Noah Tagaloa, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Brea Olinda picked up their eighth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Nathan Aceves. Aceves turned in nothing short of a gem, rushing for 120 yards and two touchdowns on only 13 carries, while also picking up 63 receiving yards and a touchdown. His longest reception was for an impressive 63 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per catch total.
Brea Olinda pushed their record up to 8-0 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. A feisty cat fight will be fought when Wildcats takes on Segerstrom at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Pacelli Posts Huge Game in 48-10 Defeat
Garden Grove was sadly handed a defeat on Friday, but Quentin Pacelli did his best to prevent it. Pacelli was unstoppable, rushing for 167 yards, while also picking up 52 receiving yards.
Garden Grove is on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7. Their road trip will continue as they head out to face St. Margaret's at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Brea Olinda Wins Eighth-Straight Thanks to Cullen Doyle
Cullen Doyle was instrumental in extending Brea Olinda's winning streak to eight on Friday. Doyle did his part (and then some), throwing for 212 yards and three touchdowns while completing 76.9% of his passes for the 'W'. He is on a roll when it comes to passing touchdowns, as he's now passed for three or more in the last three games he's played dating back to last season.
For the year, Doyle has thrown 18 touchdowns while averaging 231.5 passing yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after eight games last season, he was only averaging 113.13 passing yards per game.

Travis Frazier Makes Top Five
Rounding off our Top Five is Travis Frazier of Esperanza. Frazier threw for 240 yards and three touchdowns. He is on a roll when it comes to passing touchdowns, as he's now passed for three or more in the last three games he's played dating back to last season.
On the year, Frazier has thrown 22 touchdowns while averaging 257.8 passing yards per game. He's made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year, he was only averaging 25.13 passing yards per game.
