Legacy is 2-8 against the SaberCats since January of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Saturday. Having just played yesterday, the Legacy Lightning will get right back to it and host the Fossil Ridge SaberCats at 12:30 p.m. on February 3rd. Legacy will be looking to extend their current eight-game winning streak.
On Friday, Legacy strolled past the Lobos with points to spare, taking the game 62-48.
Joey Delescinskis continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 26 points. He is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 17 or more in the last five games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Brandon Domsch, who scored ten points along with five rebounds.
Meanwhile, Fossil Ridge had just enough and edged the Hawks out 52-50 on Friday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Fossil Ridge.
Legacy is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten games, which provided a massive bump to their 12-6 record this season. As for Fossil Ridge, their victory bumped their record up to 13-5.
