After having lost a blowout in their  previous game against Tri-County North, Bradford was happy to have turned things around  on Thursday. They blew past the Franklin Monroe Jets 15-1. Considering the Railroaders have won five games by more than seven  runs this season, Thursday's  blowout was nothing new.

Those  three  runs gave  Evans a new career-high.  Chloe Hocker was another key player,  getting on base  in all four of her plate appearances with three  runs and one  stolen base.
 Bradford was getting hits left and right  and  finished the game having  posted a batting average of .600. They are 4-2 when  they post a batting average of .375 or better.
Bradford's victory was  their third straight on the road, which  pushed their record up to 7-6. The  road  wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 4.0 runs on average over those games. As for Franklin Monroe,  they are  on  a  seven-game losing streak  (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bradford will challenge Houston at 5:00  p.m.  on Friday. The Wildcats' pitching crew has only allowed four  runs per game  this season, so the Railroaders' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Franklin Monroe, they will take on National Trail at 11:00  a.m.  on Saturday. The Jets are facing the Blazers at the right time seeing as the Blazers are stuck on  a  three-game losing streak.
