Marist extended the longest winning streak in AAAA Region 6A this week by beating Chamblee, 24-0. The victory was the seventh in a row for the War Eagles.
Marist took down the Bulldogs 24-0 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Chamblee's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Bulldogs feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Jordan Branch has thrown for 913 yards and 11 touchdowns this season, while Desmond Noird has 22 catches for 392 yards. Dezmin Reed leads the league in rushing with 763 yards.
Lithonia and Redan played the most hotly contested game in the league this week, with Lithonia eventually emerging with a 8-6 victory.
