The Clinton Dark Horses entered their tilt with the Union Spartans with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Clinton really took it to Union for the full four quarters, racking up a 62-19 victory at home. With Clinton ahead 33-12 at the half, the match was all but over already.
Camden Davis was his usual excellent self, scoring 17 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Walker Spell, who scored 11 points.
Clinton has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 6-2 record this season. As for Union, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-11.
Clinton will head out on the road to face off against West Bladen at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in West Bladen's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last eight matches. As for Union, they will be playing at home against Lakewood at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
