The Belleville Tigers put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past Saline 65-14 at home. The result was nothing new for Belleville, who have now won ten matches by 27 points or more so far this season.
Bryce Underwood continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, throwing for 365 yards and four touchdowns while completing 80.8% of his passes. Underwood is on a roll when it comes to passing touchdowns, as he's now passed for three or more in the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Jeremiah Beasley, who rushed for 94 yards and two touchdowns on only 11 carries.
Belleville's win was their 13th straight at home (dating back to last season), bumping their overall record up to 11-0. As for Saline, their loss ended a five-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 9-2.
Belleville will take on Northville at TBD on Friday. Saline does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
