It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Berwick Academy had no problem doing just that on Monday. They were the clear victors by a 10-1 margin over the Kents Hill School Huskies. The result was nothing new for the Bulldogs, who have now won five matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

Berwick Academy is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-4-1 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 6.5 runs over those games. As for Kents Hill School, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-5.

Looking ahead, Berwick Academy will host Marianapolis Prep at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Kents Hill School does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
