The result came thanks to Maci Woerner's shutout, as she gave up just five hits and racked up eight Ks.

Kenzie Weidman made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 3-for-3 with two stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Haley Miller, who went 2-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double.
Timothy Christian's victory bumped their record up to 14-6. As for Harvest Christian Academy, they dropped their record down to 11-13 with the loss, which was their fourth straight at home.
Friday's game might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. Timothy Christian has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .446. However, it's not like Harvest Christian Academy struggles in that department as they've averaged .549. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
