Meanwhile, while ALA - West Foothills put up plenty of runs on Wednesday, the same can't be said for Chino Valley. The Guardians put the hurt on the Cougars with a sharp 12-0 win. Winning may never get old, but the Guardians sure are getting used to it with their fifth in a row.
Jaxson Garvey looked comfortable as he didn't allow a single earned run over four innings pitched. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in three consecutive appearances.
On the hitting side, ALA - West Foothills got a big performance out of Brody Taylor, who went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Gabe Kellett, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one run and one RBI.

ALA - West Foothills' victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-6. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for Kingman, their victory bumped their record up to 18-4.
Both Kingman and ALA - West Foothills just can't seem to miss. The Bulldogs have been making plenty of contact this season, having averaged 9.9 hits per game. However, it's not like ALA - West Foothills struggles in that department as they've been averaging only 4 hits. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
